 August has proven to be a most WONDERFUL month for us!  Such great clients and we feel blesed everyday to do what we love!

Castle Ladyhawke Wedding Cake. Sage green stenciling and pearl white fondant drappery. Beautiful.

Electric Guitar Groom’s Cake. Vanilla Cake with Fresh Strawberries and European Buttercream fillings. All is edible except the suspended neck.

Nutcracker Birthday Cake for legend Ballet Bobby Barnett

April 2010 Cakes!… too obvious? 

Well, in any rate we LOVE what we do and have fun with it!  Everything from scratch and hand made to order.

Searching out some local egg suppliers today….. and getting very excited for berry picking season! 

Locally grown berries taste amazing in our cakes.  wow!

Birthday cakes flying outta the windows over here!

This past month we have done so may neat Topsy Turvy cake designs.   Just wish we were computer/BLOG savy so Tiffany’s Baking Co could Post them all at once!  Well, hey!  At least we have the cake skills! 

This fun cake was designed for a little boy who LOVES monsters and animals! White Chocolate figures and marshmallow fondant on the cake.

This cakes flavors were designed for  kids and adults! 

They choose our White Chocolate Cake with fresh Strawberries and a White Chocolate European Buttercream!   

Also, a Buttermilk Pound Cake with fresh Blackberry Preserevs and Cream Cheese!  YUM! 

Cake for a very special lady. Carrot Cake on top with a marbled cake on bottom tier. Clients that live all the way in Eastern NC! Cool!

Cake was designed for a beautiful lady turning a young 100 years old! Order placed by her grand daughter whom she is very close too. Was very nice getting to know this family. Hand made edible figurine of the birthday girl knitting in her famous sneakers! Love it!

FACTS:

~Did you know that we also do Pastries, Cookie Favors, Designer Cupcakes and more?!  Everything handmade and freshly prepared for your guests to devour and talk about for months to come.

~We use as much locally found ingredients as possible in our baked items.  Sustainable and local farms are a wonderful asset, and we try to lean on them, as much as possible.

~Searches out for farm fresh eggs too! We just found a new possible supplier that is within a five minute drive from our bakery too.  Score!

 ~Hopes to some day be able to tag themselves as a ‘Green’ Vendor…. this is a near future goal of ours here.

Water Park themed Birthday Cake. Cut outs were White Chocolate. Piped figures and pool toys.This week in Asheville was Birthday Cake week! Wow! We are really putting up some great cakes! The Water Park Cake was for three kids whos Birthdays all fell within a month.
