Cake created for a Birthday in Asheville a few years ago.
Icing Smiles is this MOST amazing group that in non-profit and is on a mission to make smiles across the USA! They find cake designers willing to donate their creativity and time to makes cakes for children or their siblings, that are battling illnesses. How beautiful is that!
Today is one such AMAZING day. Little Jayden is turning 2 and about to get the Coolest Dr. Seuss cake! We cannot wait to meet her and see her smile.

Asheville is the perfect place for you to really have fun with some amazing clients! Making birthday cakes in the Asheville area is a treat on its own. We try desperatly to accomodate all our requests for Birthday cakes, and, when we do find the time to take on fun colorful orders we jump with ‘sugar-high’ joy!

Cake created for a Birthday in Asheville.
As we are running about the bakery, passing back measuring spoons for cups, and, airbrush colors for fondant tools. We are creating and giving all our love and energy to some wonderful clients….. you. That’s right. We are talking to all those who are reading that are old clients, new clients, and hopefully ‘to-be’ cleints of ours.
No, we were not gifted the beautiful grace of BLOGGING well. We were not gifted the ability to twitter, FB, myspace, and CHAT box well either. We were indeed given the skills to bust out some AWESOME Birthday Cakes, Wedding Cakes, Groom’s Cakes, and other Special Occasion Cakes.
With 100% of our product being freshly made from scratch…. we aime to impress your taste buds as well as your guests.
We have done some pretty SWEET creations over the past few months…. we sorely appologize for our slacking on this BLOG but we have been soo crazy busy. We are blessed and extrememly grateful for all our success and work diligently to maintian that growth and push out skills to the limit. With new competition always coming and going we are reminded several times that in order to stay on top you must climb for the peak and stake your flag in the community. We LOVE this area and love what we do.
Now, we remind you that we are not savy computer geeks or thrifty BLOGGERS… so as we post images.. we may need to do so fairly ‘simple’. LOL

This design was inspred by all of his favorites things during the course of his life. From Matchbox Cars to Golf!
- Cool 40th birthday bash with a really neat design! All hand made and edible!
- back side of a birthday cake that focuses on each decade.
This cake was designed to reflect each decade
of the Birthday boys life thus far.
Matchbox Lunch Box with tracks and toys = age 1-10
Baseball glove and Braves baseball = age 11-20
Clemson Season Football tickets = age 21-30
and…
Golf shoe, scorecard, tee, and current events = 31-present
We even amde a edible figure of the birthday boy himself, perched
ontop his shoe.
Newspaper was customized with edible image of him with his kids.
Great cake for an amazing dad!
This client drives from Spartanburg and meets us half way for their cakes! That is amazing and we are so honored.

This yummy and moist carrot cake was personalized with the Groom's love for triathlons in mind. Edible decors, handmade figure on bike, and buttercream iced.
Another fabulous season of cakes have come and gone here at the bakery. The weathe ris now always chilly and it is that time of year that we focus on regrouping for another successful weddingseaon in Spring/summer/fall.
Oh and thwere is more to us than Weddings…… oh yeah. We adore Birthdays! Birthday evenhts are such a fun relaxed and loving event! Designs are colorful, happy, whimsical, and some times extreme. From 1st birthdays to celebrating a milestone like a 90th. No cake leaves our doorstep unless we feel it is ‘perfect’ for that client.
As we gear up for a quickly approaching Spring, we are forced to reflect on all the wonderful clients and co-vendors we had worked with prior. So grateful and humbled to have this small part on so may B-E-A-U-T-I-F-U-L days. All the emails and calls we get back from clients telling us how delcious they cake was, or, how beautiful the design came together, warms our heart eveerytime.
It takes a team to do what we do here. We ALL have a pivotal part in the course and the end result relfects how we are all passionate for what we do.

Steampunk Cupcake Wedding. Hat is the top tier! Magnolia blossom made of edible clock gear pieces. Zepplins, gears, mechanical birds made from white chocolate on cupcakes.

Moose and Zee themed Cookies for a 5th Birthday. Famous Pre-Schooler Characters.
June Birthday Cake… Moose and Zee
- Moose and Zee, famous characters from NOGGIN, a pre-schoolers cable channel. All handmade and edible peices.
We recently had a wonderful mother call us to order her daughters 1st Birthday Cake. She even had us deliver it all the way to Charlotte… and we LOVED it!
The cookies were bagged (one of each type per bag) and then tied with coordinating satin ribbons. Precious!
The cake was actually her ‘smash cake’. The Pool Inner Tube is a Rice Krispie Treat and the decorations are handmade form white chocolate.

April 2010 Cakes!… too obvious?
Well, in any rate we LOVE what we do and have fun with it! Everything from scratch and hand made to order.
Searching out some local egg suppliers today….. and getting very excited for berry picking season!
Locally grown berries taste amazing in our cakes. wow!

Birthday cakes flying outta the windows over here!
This past month we have done so may neat Topsy Turvy cake designs. Just wish we were computer/BLOG savy so Tiffany’s Baking Co could Post them all at once! Well, hey! At least we have the cake skills! 
This fun cake was designed for a little boy who LOVES monsters and animals! White Chocolate figures and marshmallow fondant on the cake.
This cakes flavors were designed for kids and adults!
They choose our White Chocolate Cake with fresh Strawberries and a White Chocolate European Buttercream!
Also, a Buttermilk Pound Cake with fresh Blackberry Preserevs and Cream Cheese! YUM!
Cake for a very special lady. Carrot Cake on top with a marbled cake on bottom tier. Clients that live all the way in Eastern NC! Cool!
Cake was designed for a beautiful lady turning a young 100 years old! Order placed by her grand daughter whom she is very close too. Was very nice getting to know this family. Hand made edible figurine of the birthday girl knitting in her famous sneakers! Love it!

Waterpark themed cake! Everything was edible and kid friendly. Kids piped onto cake were in likeness of the birthday trio!
March was a great month for us! Tiffany’s Baking Co. did so may cool custom cake designs from a life sized leg for a 40th Birthday Bash to a Waterpark themed Birthday! Cakes this month were commonly designed from Fabulous invites purchased through The Baggie Goose.
Cakes design inspired from Boys invitation. All decorations were edible (except wire for suspended beach ball...of course! LOL).
And it all starts with fresh, homemade recipes baked to order…..mmmmmmm. Tiffany’s Baking Co. has been developing these reciped for over 11 years and continue to create custom combos for all our new clients. We love it!
Our favorite of the month was an Apple and Walnut Spice Cake with Fresh caramel and White Chocolate Mousse.
The Runner Up….. a Buttermilk Pound Cake with fresh glazed Strawberries and a Bavarian Creme. Tastes like a Strawberry Shortcake! Wow.
This was almost a record month for us with Consultations too…. we met some amazing clients and are truely looking forward to producing their ‘Dream’ cake.

- Labrador cake was a Vanilla Poundcake with Peanut Butter swirl and a Peanut Butter Fudge Buttercream filling. Deflated soccerball and treats were all handmade and edible. Wearing a DUKE Jersey.
